1. Free Trial Lesson

Mastering Math Online may offer a free trial lesson for new students.

The purpose of the trial lesson is to allow students and parents to evaluate whether the tutoring service meets their expectations before purchasing paid sessions.

Free trial lessons are limited to one trial per student and are not refundable or transferable.

2. Payment for Tutoring Services

All tutoring sessions must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Payments may be processed through secure online payment methods available on our website.

Once payment is confirmed, tutoring sessions will be scheduled according to availability.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

Duplicate or accidental payments
Technical issues from our side that prevent the tutoring session from taking place
Cancellation of a session by Mastering Math Online where a replacement session cannot be scheduled

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

Change of mind after purchasing tutoring sessions
Failure to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations after the tutoring session has been delivered
Missed sessions due to student absence or late arrival

5. Lesson Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, please notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson.

If sufficient notice is provided, the session may be rescheduled to another available time.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

6. Technical Issues

If a tutoring session cannot be completed due to technical problems on our side (such as platform or connection issues), we may:

Reschedule the session, or
Provide a refund or credit for the missed session.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and provide the following information:

Student name
Payment details
Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and notify you of the decision.

8. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the refund will typically be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
